Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Estimated shipping times vary based on the product’s origin:

Domestic U.S. Orders: 7-20 business days.

International Orders: Shipping times may extend beyond 20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

If your order includes multiple products, they may arrive separately due to different sourcing locations.

Shipping Costs & Methods:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

We utilize trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

If your package is significantly delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the carrier.

Brewmasters Lab is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

At Brewmasters Lab, we take pride in providing high-quality coffee products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Perishable items, such as coffee beans, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds or exchanges are issued at the business owner's discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brewmasterslab@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an exchange is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
